Mary K believes that it’s important to consider the environment in everyday life.

During the development and renovation process, we ensured that we always sourced our materials and equipment carefully. Our commitment to minimum waste and sustainability is very important to us, and a key part of our operations from project development, to furniture and accommodation, staff policy, catering and guest communications.

When it comes to food, our main priorities are sourcing organic and fairtrade products. It’s the little things, from the energysavers at the entrance of your room, the water saving showerheads and of course the healthy breakfast and the fairtrade coffee… You’re actually helping our planet out without noticing!

We try to become a little bit greener every day. By keeping our eyes and ears wide open for new developments in terms of sustainability and trying to apply them in the hotel where possible.
